🔹aap sabse pahle roj plank mare aur jab plank mare to proper way me mare. Body proper steady rakhe. Plank me aap 30 to 50 sec tak rakhe. 

🔹Aap daily walk per jaye. Daily 2 times morning & night per jaye. 

🔹Pehle aap lower abs per constntrat kare nkyo ki sabse hard lower abs hi hai.

🔹aap sabse pehle to bahar ka ya ni ki junkfood khana chod dijiye. Usme jyada se jyada oil hota hai aur oil se apka mass badhta hai.

🔹roj aap 1 ya 2 food jaroor khaye. Jaise ki apple - banana - Tomato's ye sab foods me protin jyada hota hai.

🔹aur aap roj chane khaye. Usme bhi protin sabse jyada hota hai.

Aur aap gar per ho to aap bethe mat raho gar me kuch bhi kaam karte raho. Nkyu ki bethne rahne se aapka mass badhta hai.
